The Polynesian culture is filled with many unique traditions and rituals. One of our unique traditions within the Polynesian culture is the practice of the traditional Tatau (tattoo). This practice consists of marking the body with ink pigments using two sticks, one fashioned to hold a sharpened blade of points, while the other is onto the skin of the recipient. These marks were one of the wonders of the sailors and adventurers that found the people of paradise, the people of the Polynesian Islands.
